What if I won't be able to make it every time; should I still join?
ABSOLUTELY! We know summers are busy and everyone has a lot going on. Come when you can and stay in touch so we can help you enjoy a great 5k in the end. Can't make it to the July 18th 5k? Still come and join in the fun of getting in shape and running with friends!
What if I am really not a runner; will it be too hard?
We want every ability level to feel welcome! It isn't about where you start; it is where you finish! The goal is for everyone to improve whether they have never run before or have been running for a couple years. That is what this club is all about - getting better and learning how to enjoy running!
What should I wear and bring?
* You should come wearing normal workout clothes and good running shoes. Beware your shoes may get a little damp and dirty because we do most of our workouts on the course. Also, watch the weather to know if you need an extra layer or sunscreen : )

How can I make a workout up if I miss a day or two?
Easy! Ask a friend, send Coach Stauffer an email or text or wait for an email on Thursday that recap the workouts.
Will Running Club ever be cancelled?
While a little rain never hurts, unfortunately, if the weather is a severe threat (thunder and lightening) we will probably have to cancel. The W isn't available for back up with all the summer camps they have scheduled.
What if I am going into 9th grade? Can I still participate or help out?
YES!! Please, please do!! We can never have too many high school runners there leading, pacing, and encouraging! You don't need to register or pay - just come when you can and help out : )
